In New York City, analyst Billy Taggart goes to court for the murder of the attacker Mikey Tavarez, yet the Mayor Nicholas Hostetler and the Chief of Police Carl Fairbanks vanish with critical proof and Billy is announced not liable by the judge; be that as it may, he leaves the police division.
