As the seething storm lashes Mumbai, the business and black market capital of India, the police battle to stay aware of the hoodlums who are always encouraged. Adi, a principled new kid on the block cop as his first task on the power, joins a world class, against coercion unit of the Mumbai police drove by Khan, a cop in the ‘Filthy Harry’ shape.
